I think we should consider the zoo! See below for some information. 

They can accommodate a theater-style seating for the large sessions, and they have two smaller rooms that we can use as well if we want to do a few smaller talks.

The total cost for 100 people would be around $5,000 (includes rent, lunch, etc). And that includes admission to the zoo! 

We could have MSTP families (lineages) go on scavenger hunts to allow everyone to know their respective bigs/littles.

Thank you for the interest in hosting a retreat on June 28th, 2014 at Nashville Zoo!

 

The Zoo has limited indoor meeting space available, but we may be able to accommodate you based on the format of the retreat. Our largest meeting room, the Gallery, can seat up to 100 guests (theatre style - just chairs) or up to 50 guests (classroom style - with tables/chairs). Would a  theatre-style set-up work for the retreat?

 

If not, we also have two smaller rooms, the Jungle and Safari rooms, that could each fit another 25 guests each. I'm just not sure if you want the group to be split up?

 

The pricing, amenity, and FAQ are attached or laid out below. I've also included the current catering menus from the Zoo's exclusive caterer. Lastly, I've attached a fun scavenger hutn which can be used as a great teambuilding exercise.

Rental Rates:

Gallery Room = $700 (8 hour rental)

Safari Room = $600 (8 hour rental)

Jungle Room = $600 (8 hour rental)

** price include room rental for 8 hours, WiFi access and presentation screen, banquet seating tables and chairs, onsite coordinator, all set-up/clean-up. Also includes all day admission and validated parking for up to 20 guests - additional guests billed at $12.00/person.
