Vandemataram Foundation organized "Little Leaders" residential training programme for the Orphan/Semi Orphan Students of Govt. Schools on 7th & 8th March,2015 @ Aksharavanam, Kalwakurthy, Mahabubnagar Dist....

Little Leaders is about nurturing young leaders among high school students, who in spite of facing adverse circumstances can be role models to their fellow students, by sharing their knowledge and values in an organised manner.  

Although there are numerous welfare schemes of the government, one would be surprised to know that there are many bright school-going children in the villages in Warangal and Mahabubnagar districts who have lost both or one of the parents who are unfortunately not covered by any of these schemes. As a consequence, these young boys and girls are forced to discontinue their education at an early age, and settle down in petty jobs, without ever getting an opportunity to realise their God-given potential.

 Through Little Leaders, such children are identified and provided with moral, material, and financial assistance so as to enable them to pursue their schooling successfully. In turn, these children are encouraged to do their bit to the society by running a small library, a sports centre, and a Bala Sabha in their class/school regularly with the help of VMF. This will enable these children to be valued and sought-after members of their society instead of merely being passive recipients of generosity of others. They will be able to play an active role in their schools and develop their innate leadership abilities. 

ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలో చదువుకునే విద్యార్ధులని రేపటి నాయకులుగా మార్చే ప్రయత్నంలో భాగంగా విద్యార్థుల సమగ్ర వికాసం కొరకు వందేమాతరం ఫౌండేషన్ అధ్వర్యంలో రెండు రోజులపాటు "లిటిల్ లీడర్స్" శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమం...@ అక్షరవనం, కల్వకుర్తి, మహబూబ్ నగర్ జిల్లా.

విద్యార్థులు తమ అనుభవాలను, ఆసక్తులను, విద్యార్ధి నాయకులకు కావాల్సిన ప్రేరణ, తమ జీవితంలో ఎదుర్కొనే సవాళ్ళను ఇంకా అనేక విషయాలు మనతో పంచుకోవడంతోపాటు..ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా స్వర్గీయ శ్రీ. కుచికుళ్ల జనార్ధన్ రెడ్డి (మొట్ట మొదటి పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యులు, మహబూబ్ నగర్) గారి జ్ఞాపకార్థం, వారి కుమార్తె శ్రీమతి. రేఖారెడ్డి గారు బాలనాయకులకు స్కూల్ కిట్స్ అందజేసి విద్యార్థులను ఆశీర్వదించినందుకు కృతజ్ఞతలు...
