There is not enough darkness in all the world to put out the light of even one small candle.
~Robert AldenIf these materials are already being provided, no biggie, the
community can use the ones I buy today at future events, I'm sure.

Flipchart pads x3 (just the pad)
Flipchart pad with cardboard table-top easel (for possible use at door
for daily announcements, or for other uses?)
Low-odour dry-erase markers x10 (I could only find low odour markers
for dry erase boards, not for paper, so they will get used up and run
out much more quickly, but hopefully that'll be enough to get us
through the weekend.)
Masking tape (x4 rolls)
Flagging tape ( x1 roll in bright yellow for possible use as
wristbands by those who don't wish to be photographed or videotaped at
the venue.)
Small, office-type First Aid kit to have at venue for any major boo-boos etc.
Box of band-aids for paper cuts or the like.
Any of this stuff that the Forum doesn't approve as expenditures will
be covered by myself, no problem.

One other nice thing about using paper is that we can save the stuff
for later transcribing or reference, rather than erasing stuff as we
go. One day, maybe the sheets will be stored in the Canadian Trans
Archives. Oh right, we don't have one of those. yet. ;)

~Robert AldenI did buy a portable bbq and cylinders. Not sure about park rules on using it at nelson tho. Will check.
For the cooks- i have two crock pots- to loan - plus one large stock pot too. Can some one get back to me on what is needed? Or please send my info to those in charge of food. Thanks.
thanks,
Shannon
Did TAS or anyone receive an invoice or letter from the City?
