-allergiesàingredients will be listed, so people can assess what suits them, gluten-free options, also mention potential allergies at the opening night events
-$700 budget (was originally $500 but we forgot to include Friday night meal in that, so now $700)
-If we have food left over we will donate to: a) The Vivian, b) Rice Block, c) Triage Shelter, d) MAP Van

-$500 cheque from UBC Womyn’s Centre was deposited Friday
-Prism & Hospital Union cheque should be in this week

-March is now going to Nelson Park (sunset beach closed till July 30th)
-Need to figure out portapotties situation
-Police attended the city meeting for the marchà cops are required for permitted march on street
à no cops and lower fees if its on the sidewalk
-Route change approved and march on sidewalk approved
6) All Ages Dance Party
-everything’s a go for line-upàAntoinette would like to be added to do a poetry reading
-Kate will call Long & McQuade tomorrow to confirm DJ equipment details
7) Bios/Workshop Descriptions/Programs
-Print this Thursday between noon and 6pm
-All need to be in to Corey by Wed.
-they will be printed in a zine format (2 pages, double sided, folded over = 8 pages of program)
-Shannon will pick up placards for sign making
8) Anti-Jason Kenney March
-March is happening Saturday July 24th @ 2pm @ Central Park, right outside Patterson Skytrain Station, Burnaby
-Kate will send out a letter of solidarity to folks attending VTF, saying that we are in support of this march and encourage our participants to attend if they can.
-Hunter will get in touch with his contact at No One is Illegal about maybe getting someone from the forum to speak at the March
