Bettertogetherbc.ca is a not-for-profit online community forum that celebrates family togetherness at mealtimes. 

The website includes kid-friendly recipes.

Participate in the 5th annual Hands-on Cook-off Contest by:

• submitting a 3-minute video that shows how to cook your favourite recipe
  
• include 2 generations or more participating and cooking together
