Scala supported by Google App Engine

As of yesterday Google App Engine added support for Java, and along
with it for most languages that use the JVM.

There are some limitations though, Actors are not supported (because
of threads) and neither is Lift.

Lift will be supported in a matter of days.  The testing methodology that google used was flawed.
