I don't know what list I've just put ourselves on, but some folks were curious about the article I was reading when I was discussing infographics with Michael and Wolf. Here it is below:

The whole thing is worth reading; this is a Rosetta Stone to the state of intelligence analysis today, and it's a helluva ride. It's off to slightly one side of rationality, but I think it's worth looking at the field for developments relating to forecasting, learning, and getting a better map on a time limit. Lives rely on these persons being correct. That environment is a guaranteed ticket to research funding.
