City of Vancouver Open Data Portal: Enhanced Workforce pay rates and sex dataset

Hi,
We refreshed the Workforce pay rates and sex dataset with several enhancements. Here are the main highlights:
- Dataset renamed to Workforce pay rates and sex to more accurately reflect collected data. Efforts are underway to improve and increase transparency of data collection methods, and update categories to be inclusive of those outside the gender binary, and reflect gender instead of sex.
- Added Position title attribute so is easier to understand job classifications and corresponding job titles
- Implemented aggregation/suppression strategy to protect privacy while providing more granular data
- Republished 2019 data under the new data structure and added 2020 and 2021 data
