City of Vancouver Open Data Portal: Added Storefronts Inventory dataset

Hi,

We added Storefronts Inventory dataset to the open data portal.  The dataset includes annual inventory of most of the City's ground-level storefronts (commercial retail spaces) and shopping malls.
