We are excited to add three (3) new 3-1-1 datasets.

• 3-1-1 service requests
• 3-1-1 service requests 2009-2021
• 3-1-1 inquiry volume

 

The two (2) 3-1-1 service requests datasets contain customer initiated service requests received by the 3-1-1 Contact Centre via various channels sent to departments to fulfill.

Due to the large number of records we needed to split into 2 datasets, 3-1-1 service requests for records from 2022 onwards and 3-1-1 service requests 2009-2021 for records from 2009 to 2021. These datasets are replacing 3-1-1 case volume and 3-1-1 case location details datasets and providing more details.

 

The 3-1-1 interaction volume dataset contains customer initiated inquiries to the 3-1-1 Contact Centre via various channels. These inquiries are resolved at first contact and no service request is generated.
