We added Designated Floodplain dataset to the open data portal.  A floodplain is a lowland area that is susceptible to flooding from an adjoining watercourse, ocean, lake or other body of water.  For more information, visit this page https://opendata.vancouver.ca/explore/dataset/designated-floodplain/information/
