2009 Meeting Schedule

Next meeting: Monday, April 6 at Charles Square Co-op - 6-7 pm.

Charles Square Housing Co-op located at 1555 Charles, across the
street from the tennis courts in Grandview Park on the Drive. If you
buzz the Amenity Room, or David's unit 110, you should be let in,
although the entire intercom system needs to be replaced as it
doesn't
always work. We will check for you if you let us know you are coming.

MOST meetings are first Mondays 6-7 pm (unless statutory holidays in
which we postpone one week)
Locations will vary depending on time of year - either Strathcona
community garden room or Charles Square Co-op.

Schedule for remainder of year:

May 4
June 1
July 6
August 10 (note Aug.3 is BC Day holiday)
September 14 (note Sept.7 is Labour Day holiday)
October 5
November 2
December 7 (usually end-of-year potluck celebration)

Hello all,
Sorry I haven't been at the last couple of meetings. Life has gotten
much busier lately... Unfortunately I won't be able to make it tonight
as I have a meeting about the community garden here at Grandview and
then another meeting piggy-backed right afterwards.
I hope I can make it out again soon.

Aug, Sept, Oct. meetings were cancelled. Next scheduled meeting date
is Monday, Nov.2 at 6 pm.
Where shall we meet and what's on the agenda. Let me know if you plan

sorry, i've been a bit swamped with a few deadlines to beat, but if
things go well i'll be available monday evening...if others are
showing up? let me know if there's any response. no agenda made yet,
although it could be headed "catching up." no meeting site set either,
although it could be at the strathcona eco-pavilion, or i could get
our co-op amenity room.

Our next meeting and all meetings are deferred unless we have specific
business to discuss. I continue to keep an eye on the list of gardens
and send out info as necessary to the garden groups.
