The account request form refers the wiki's Terms of Service, so I created it:

It just links to the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which did not
exist, so I created them. Of particular interest is the privacy
policy, which I adapted from the one I wrote for another Wiki recently:

Here's the Disclaimer, which I adapted from the Mediawiki site:
