The wiki was off the air for about 4.6 hours yesterday afternoon.

The outage was caused by a billing dispute between my colocation
provider and their upstream provider. Neither of them alerted me to
the dispute before shutting down the server.

The server is back up as a tenant of the upstream provider,
http://MonkeyBrains.net. I don't expect further problems.
