Not familiar with ".info." The web site only responds to
vanagonwiki.net and www.vanagonwiki.net.

Interestingly, while it has been over a year since my colocation
provider alerted me to the IP address change (5 Apr 2012), the old IP
has not yet been reassigned. Both the old and new IP addresses are
routed to my server.

So the wiki stayed up all that time.

But it's good to have it changed, because the old IP eventually will
stop working.

John, is there a way we can give a few of us access to that domain
registration, in case something happens to you?

Of course, I'm a similar single point of failure: Nobody has access
to the server but me. In the spirit of community, I'll update this
page from time to time with a backup of the database:

Will a few of you download the database for safe keeping?

I'll also think about how best to make available backups of the
images and the wiki configuration.

Yeah, I'll go ahead and create a new registrar account for it and transfer it, and give any of us admins who wants the password. I'm clearly too flaky to be the only point of contact on this!
