The following was placed on the KEEP THE SURREY RCMP IN SURREY Facebook page yesterday. FYI:
By way of a Freedom of Information request (FOI), we have found out that McCallum’s Surrey Police Board has employed the new Surrey Police Service deputy police chief, Jennifer Hyland, at a contracted ridiculous salary package of $321,000.00 per year. If we reasonably assume that the other two deputy chiefs have managed to negotiate similar packages, and that chief Lipinsky an even more lucrative one, then the cumulative per year cost to Surrey taxpayers for these four would be between $1.3 and $1.4 million.
To put this into perspective, we give the following comparison salaries:
Jennifer Hyland $321K
John Horgan $186K
Federal MP $183K
Provincial MLA $123K
Surrey Mayor $156K
RCMP Surrey CO $170K
They are individually paid more than all Premiers in Canada - why?
It is our opinion that the four (retreaded) SPS chiefs are consummate mercenaries, and only in it for the money - not for the citizens of Surrey, no matter what they say in public. They will do whatever the McCallum-led Police Board requires and requests, so as not to jeopardize their very rich contracts – they do not want careers, they want money. The board should never have acquiesced to pay these types of salaries and must be censured for doing so. McCallum must have signed off on this as the Mayor of Surrey in order to expedite his SPS as urgently as possible. This is unconscionable !

The fiscal projections for this unwanted transfer of the RCMP to Surrey Police Force I don't believe for a minute. Bob Rolls has already resigned from the Police Board that Mayor McCallum set up and desired. HArley cHAppell the son of a former full patch HA and who willingly posed with a couple HAers in their regalia then proudly posted it on his FB page was appointed by the NDP for some reason to the board. The guy lives on the rez he doesn't pay Surrey property taxes. I get that Aboriginals are 4% of the pop. of Surrey. I am well aware that 4 Native Bands say that Surrey is their unceded traditional heriditary territory and I totally support the Kwantlen Band but surely we can find another native to be on the Surrey Police Board and why isn't it elected like city council? Harley Chappell has refused to condemn HAMC as organized crime despite all the media reports and books and movies.

The Hells Angels embarrassed B.C. Liberal and NDP candidates on the
campaign trail yesterday.
The Liberals took the first blow when it was revealed the party took
$1,000 from a logging company owned by a former member of the Nanaimo
chapter of the Hells Angels.
Then Burnaby North NDP candidate Pietro Calendino was forced to admit
he is the uncle of Joseph Calendino, a full-patch member of the
Nomads, a Hells Angels affiliate.
Joseph Calendino has been twice convicted on firearms offences.
Most recently, Calendino was arrested after a biker was caught on a
video camera attacking a man in a Kelowna nightclub.
"That's one of the disappointments in my family," Calendino told BCTV
News on Global. "It's frustrating it may shed a negative light on what
I'm doing."
Calendino said he found out his nephew was a Nomad after reading about
it in a newspaper. His nephew respects him, he said, but they don't
have a warm relationship.
Meanwhile, Premier Gordon Campbell said he didn't know Nanaimo Liberal
candidate Michael Hunter received money from Alliford Bay Logging Ltd.
of Nanaimo.
The company is operated by former Hells Angel Lyle Newton, who told
the Victoria Times Colonist he was forced to quit the motorcycle gang
after a series of newspaper articles on organized crime.
Local businesses and banks shunned him because of the Angels
connection, he said.
Campbell said he didn't know about the gang link but was aware of the
logging company.
"I understand the company employs 300 people in Nanaimo," he said. "I
think they're a large employer in Nanaimo and that's all that I really
know about it."
Police say the Hells Angels represent B.C.'s No. 1 organized crime
threat, but members say they are a group of motorcycle enthusiasts.
Newton said the political donation was made last November to support
local Liberal Mike Hunter.
"The Liberals and Mike Hunter have helped the forest industry as a
whole," Newton said. "All the NDP did was shut it down."
The $1,000 donation was returned yesterday.

Joseph Calendino of the notorious Burnaby Nomads HAMC chapter was
shown on Global News punching a man without provocation three times
without warning at a Kelowna casino. If anyone has the video from that
broadcast I would appreciate if they post it to a binaries group that
and the Billy Swan interview about the Mongols MC from CNN.
Calendino the former MLA for his riding of Burnaby North and trying to
get it back this election stated that he has limited contact with his
nephew and didn't know he was a full patch member of the Hell's
Angels. Turns out his campaign office is located at 3951 East Hastings
and is the former site Of Digstown owned by East End HAMC member
Damiano Dipopolo it is owned by Mario Deda a Hell's Angel associate.
Calendino should resign from the campaign just like Rollie Keith did.
The man is obviously too stupid to avoid criminals. Not surprising
since Glen Clark attended meetings at the old NBI and didn't know
Hell's Angels hung out there. The NDP has to get rid of these friends
of criminals in their ranks.
Harry Bloy a Liberal candidate had his lawn signs damaged in a
seemingly organized manner last weekend and I wouldn't be surprised if
teens and young men high on free meth supplied by their HA supplied
dealer did it.
Derek Corrigan
when he was in office in Burnaby as Mayor attended the funeral of an HA full
patch and said it was ok because they had been in high school together.
This is typical. A HA member knows someone in business/govt or a NGO
from high school or long ago and knows they used drugs or are into
porno or are engaged in activity that their family would not approve
of. That person can then be persuaded to do the bidding of the
terrorist org known as the Hell's Angels.
Also the Mafia and HA if they have a major event like a death or wedding they expect ppl in their orbit to pay the appropriate respect and get upset if they don't or don't explain why with a nice gift thrown in. Derek Corrigan was a defense lawyer for many years so met all sorts of criminals hey even the guilty are entitled to due process especially if they can pay.
For some reason Derek Corrigan and his wife tried to be my FB friend when I had posted all sorts of things condemning them over the years.

Corrigan is the Mayor of Burnaby and I live in Surrey so why would he be calling me? This morning 604-359-5402 called me at 11:12 am. http://callername.com/60435954 shows it to be an unsafe caller.
Corrigan and his wife tried on numerous times to be Facebook friends with me which is odd since I do nothing but say bad things about them.
