A biker charged in the murder of eight fellow Bandidos owes three
years of back taxes on his farm and, a source says, was reduced to
eking out a living selling bootleg cigarettes and liquor.
Wayne Kellestine owes about $10,000 on one piece of property at his
Iona Station-area farm and his ex-wife owes about $10,000 on an
adjacent property, according to records at the Elgin County land
registry office.
His financial woes weren't limited to taxes, said a source.
"He was selling whisky and cigarettes from the reserve," the source
said.
"He was broke."
According to National Parole Board records, Kellestine had a business
plan -- the details were blacked out -- for after his release in 2004
from prison. But Kellestine himself warned he was at risk of getting
involved with bikers upon his release.
The fact that he was broke proves how low he and his fellow Bandidos
were on the biker scale, said organized crime analyst Yves Lavigne.
That should put to rest speculation that fighting over large drug deals
or a huge contract hit led to the massacre of the eight Bandidos, he
said.
"On a scale of one to 10, this group of Bandidos rated somewhere
between one and zero," Lavigne said.
If anything fuelled the murders, it was the paranoia that haunts bikers
scrambling to make a buck, Lavigne said.
"The paranoia is higher when you think you are a big boy."
Kellestine, 56, and four others are charged with first-degree murder in
the deaths of the eight men whose bodies were found stuffed into
several vehicles April 8 on Stafford Line near Shedden.
The day after the bodies were found, heavily armed police officers
arrested five people at Kellestine's house, about 20 kilometres west of
the massacre scene.
The ramshackle house, sheds and barn have been the scene of biker
activity for decades, as Kellestine moved through the Annihilators,
Loners and, most recently, the Bandidos biker gangs.
This week, police remained at the house, marking off sections of the
yard and going over areas with metal detectors.
According to Dutton- Dunwich Township records, Kellestine and his wife,
Linda Jane Kellestine, bought 2.47 acres of land, where the house
stands, for $50,000 in 1982.
Five years later, Kellestine bought 52.33 acres of adjoining land for
$52,500.
In 1992, Kellestine deeded the original, smaller lot and house to his
wife for $1 and "natural love and affection."
They later split up and Kellestine took up with Tina Fitzgerald.
However, Linda Jane Kellestine, 44, is still the title holder of the
house and smaller property.
She owes $10,602.85 in property taxes.
Wayne Kellestine owes $10,303.30.
The township lets property owners go three years before giving them a
warning, then allows them one year to pay, said a township official.

Hells Angels' trial delayed as defence seeks more material

VANCOUVER
A high-profile trial involving a Hells Angels member and two alleged
associates that was scheduled to start earlier this month has been
delayed until Sept. 11 while defence lawyers seek more disclosure about
the case.
"There is probably up to 40,000 phone calls that have not been
disclosed," Vancouver defence lawyer Don Morrison said Thursday.
"We're not faulting anybody," said the former Crown prosecutor who is
representing the accused Nima Ghavami, an alleged associate of the East
End chapter of the Hells Angels.
Ghavami is facing trial on two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine, two counts of commission of an offence in association
with a criminal organization, and trafficking methamphetamine.
The co-accused in the trial are another Hells Angels associate, Kelly
Renaud, and Ronaldo Lising, a member of the elite Nomads chapter of the
Hells Angels. They return to court May 1 for a pre-trial application.
The trio were among 18 men charged in July 2005 after a police
investigation code-named Project Epandora.
The investigation involved a biker who allegedly infiltrated the Hells
Angels while working as a police agent.
Last month, Ghavami, 25, filed a civil lawsuit against the RCMP,
claiming he was assaulted by a man acting as a police agent who also
threatened his family and put a gun in Ghavami's mouth a number of
times. He claims the agent's illegal activities were sanctioned by an
RCMP cover team.

Lising was also charged with beating a man unconcious outside of Aubar
in May.

Hells henchman guilty of trafficking in meth

A major gang raid in February has yielded its first conviction.
Jason Geordie James McRae, 32, of Winnipeg, received a four-year
sentence yesterday after pleading guilty to one count of trafficking
crystal meth.
"It was a reasonable sentence, considering he was originally charged
with two counts of trafficking, a kilo each time of crystal meth," said
McRae's lawyer Jay Prober. "It was a reasonable and fit sentence."
HELLS ANGELS
The Manitoba Integrated Organized Crime Task Force netted 13 drug
trafficking- and organized crime-related arrests Feb. 15, including
three full-patch members of the Manitoba Hells Angels.
Prober said the sentence was recommended jointly by the Crown and
defence.
Two charges were dropped as a result during plea bargaining, including
a second count of trafficking and one count of possessing proceeds of
goods obtained by crime.
Prober said McRae is ready to learn from his mistakes.
"Now he has the opportunity to get on with his life, pay his debt to
society and then continue to move on," said Prober. "He's resolved
never to get in trouble again."
McRae was considered a low-level Hells Angels associate.
Prober also represents Samuel Stephen Thorsteinson, 40, of Winnipeg,
who is accused of one count of trafficking in a controlled substance.
His trial date has yet to be set.
The prosecution intends to push for sentences of up to 20 years for
other alleged members of the drug ring, believed to have more prominent
roles within the notorious gang.
Such high-profile arrests from the raid include Hells Manitoba
president Ernie Dew.

Introduction
TELUS Communications Inc. and its affiliates ("TELUS") is committed to being
the best possible network citizen. To assist us in protecting the usefulness
and enjoyment of the Internet for our Customers and for other users, we
require that our Customers comply with the terms of this document, which
outlines our policies on acceptable use of our services.
When using TELUS Internet access services, hosting services, internetworking
services, or any chat rooms, message boards, news groups, software
libraries, personal web pages or any other message or communication services
that may be available to the Customer on or through TELUS Internet systems
(collectively, the "Communication Services"), the Customer is prohibited
from engaging in certain activities which include, but are not limited to,
those described in this Acceptable Use Policy.
For the purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy, a "Customer" is an
individual or organization that has a service agreement or contract with
TELUS for use of the Communication Services, or otherwise uses the
Communication Services.
If the Customer engages in any of the prohibited activities described below
it may, at the sole discretion of TELUS and without notice to the Customer,
result in the immediate (1) restriction, suspension or termination of the
Customer's use of the Communication Services (including without limitation
the Customer's TELUS Internet access or hosting service), without
compensation to the Customer, (2) blocking or filtering of the Customer's
content, data or materials, (3) application of complaint processing fees,
disconnection fees and additional service charges to the Customer's account,
(4) deletion of the Customer's content, data or materials from TELUS
servers, or (5) involvement of law enforcement agencies. Such activities may
also result in civil or criminal liability. The foregoing applies
notwithstanding any language or term to the contrary contained in any
agreement that the Customer may have with TELUS.
The Customer is responsible for use of the Communication Services by any
third party who directly or indirectly utilizes the Communication Services
provided by TELUS to the Customer, whether or not such use has been
authorized by the Customer.
Criminal Offences
While using the Communication Services, the Customer is prohibited from, in
TELUS' sole judgment, posting, uploading, reproducing, distributing or
otherwise transmitting information or materials where such activity
constitutes a criminal offence or from otherwise engaging in or assisting
others to engage in any criminal offence including, but not limited to,
those offences listed below:
a.. Communicating hatred
b.. Pyramid selling
c.. Unauthorized use of a computer
d.. Mischief in relation to data
e.. Fraud
f.. Defamatory libel
g.. Obscenity
h.. Child pornography
i.. Harassment/stalking
j.. Uttering threats
Civil Offences and Violations of the Rights of Others
While using the Communication Services, the Customer is prohibited from, in
TELUS' sole judgment, posting, uploading, reproducing, distributing or
otherwise transmitting information or materials where such activity gives
rise to civil liability or from otherwise violating the rights or assisting
others to violate the rights of TELUS or any third party, including, but not
limited to, the violations listed below:
a.. Copyright infringement
b.. Trade-mark infringement
c.. Patent infringement
d.. Misappropriation of trade secrets
e.. Defamation
Other Prohibited Activities
While using the Communication Services, the Customer is prohibited from
engaging in or assisting others to engage in any activity that, in TELUS'
sole judgment, (1) violates applicable policies, rules or guidelines of
TELUS or other on-line service providers, (2) disrupts or threatens the
integrity, operation or security of any Communication Service or any
computer or Internet system, (3) elicits complaints from other Internet
users or Internet service providers, (4) is contrary to any law or
regulation, or (5) is otherwise objectionable. Examples of such prohibited
activity include, but are not limited to:
a.. Scanning or probing another computer system
b.. Obstructing or bypassing computer identification or security
procedures
c.. Engaging in unauthorized computer or network trespass

the Customer's identity or impersonating others, for the purpose of
circumventing this Acceptable Use Policy
i.. Posting, uploading, reproducing, distributing, otherwise transmitting,
or collecting responses from unauthorized or unsolicited duplicative e-mail
messages, junk or bulk e-mail messages, chain letters, newsgroup postings or
other "spam" (TELUS reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion,
whether a message constitutes "spam")
j.. Engaging in any conduct that directly or indirectly encourages,
facilitates, promotes, relies upon or permits the foregoing prohibited
activities including, without limitation, failing to implement reasonable
technical or administrative measures to prevent spam, viruses and worms
Cooperation with Other Providers
TELUS may cooperate with other on-line service providers to discourage and
resist abuses of acceptable use policies. TELUS reserves the right to take
corrective action against the Customer upon notification to TELUS of
unacceptable activities by the Customer on other networks. The Customer is
prohibited from using the services of another provider to engage in or
facilitate any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
Indemnification
The Customer will indemnify and hold harmless TELUS from all demands,
claims, proceedings, awards, action, damages, losses, costs, charges and
expenses, including legal fees, incurred by or made against TELUS, which
result from or relate to violation by the Customer of this Acceptable Use
Policy. The Customer shall give TELUS prompt notice of any such demand,
claim or proceeding that the customer is aware of.
Reservation of Rights and TELUS Liability
Nothing in this Acceptable Use Policy shall be interpreted to limit TELUS'
rights or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing
activities (including, without limitation, TELUS' rights or remedies under
any agreement between TELUS and the Customer) and TELUS reserves all rights
and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in
equity. TELUS does not assume liability to the Customer or any other party
for failure to enforce the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Modifications
The terms of this Acceptable Use Policy may change at any time and without
prior notice. The Customer is responsible for frequently reviewing this

Many of these accounts are terminated for abuse, for which Sullivan blames
the victim and targets of his abuse when Sullivan's accounts are shut down
by providers for his own AUP abuse. Some of these accounts, Sullivan has
shared with his kooky friend, Barbara Schwarz.

When his free mail Hotmail and Yahoo accounts are terminated for abuse,
Sullivan them blames whom he believes to be the complainant, opens a new
free account, and begins another trolling and smear campaign.
Sometimes after his ISPs terminate him, Sullivan has to carry out his
cyberstalking activities from a internet cafe in Nanaimo, BC. Sullivan
doesn't know when to quit.
Sullivan's style is to be a provocateur. He avoids facts, will not answer
direct questions, and smears his opponents with malicious and false libel.
When cornered, Sullivan will avoid debate (like Barbara Schwarz) prior to
launching into another ad hominem and libel attack from different free mail
accounts and new Google Groups accounts.
Patrick Michael Sullivan simultaneously posts to the same newsgroup using
several different accounts, especially in the unmoderated depression groups.
Sullivan targets females who are not technically adept and are usually down
on their luck. Luring these women into his confidence by his sleazy cooing
and insincere sweet talking, he then plays on their fears and insecurities
to further his sick quest for control. Blackmailing and intimidating those
who refuse his control by the revelation of personal data is what Sullivan
does if they cross him.
Sullivan will also forge subscribe his opponents to Spam providers, and thus
cause his opponents to be mail bombed in this fashion (like Barbara
Schwarz). If you have an email inbox that has filling up after "apparently"
being subscribed to all sorts of nonsense after running afoul of Sullivan,
it's certain that Sullivan has fraudulently added your name to "subscribe"
lists.
Sullivan's other trademark is to send hysterical posts to unrelated
newsgroups to further harass his victims and drag others into his hysterical
smear campaigns.
Patrick Michael Sullivan also abused the site bestandworst.com by the rape
of proxies. Sullivan also posted his libel there using proxify.com.
Following Patrick Michael Sullivan's abuse of proxify.com and Google Groups,
Proxify decided to refuse access to alt.suicide.holiday via their service
for unregistered users.
Sullivan was active on the van.*, can.* and bc.* newsgroups, and tried to be
the "moderator" of a replacement forum for can.general, using a web site.
Sullivan also tried this stunt on alt.support.depression. After a few weeks,
Sullivan then closes the forums down, when no one wants anything to do with
them, and then trolls the group on which he proposed the forum.
Sullivan also wanted to go "real life" with at least one poster to
van.general. After he sends email to his target of abuse and challenging the
poster to turn up and fight, Sullivan failed to appear at the place and time
that Sullivan himself had nominated. The reference to the fist fight where
