Bad Experience At KFC/Taco Bell 13577 73rd Avenue, Surrey, BC. Lots Of Bad Reviews.

Went to KFC/Taco Bell on KGH by the Petrocan the other night Sat. some Indo girl said she was Surrey H.A. while making my order and said she knew where I lived well why don't you tell Jessica then the nurse/C.I.B.C. liar the male Indo wearing a turban running the front till told me I wasn't allowed to eat my meal in the restaurant this would all be recorded on video I had the 2 plant based sandwiches and a black bean taco which was good been there before no problems.
Will post about more about creepy Jessica later.
Someone claiming to be Jessica has been phoning me and my Aunt and apparently my Uncle Dave claiming to be either a nurse or a C.I.B.C. employee. Uhhh I have had the same legal address, same phone number for 8 years and the same email address greg...@yahoo.ca since 1994 I am a easy person to contact. I am not a C.I.B.C. customer nor do I want to be B.O.M. for me. How this creepy female has the phone number of two relatives is unknown to me.

I order at this location I have change my order that's why I have cancel my order for that I have to call 5 times to get my refund after 12 days poor service

Ordered tuesday special.one of the pieces was dark brown.maybe old oil and tasted very salty. Other piece the drumstick bone broke in half when i picked it up.couldnt believe it! Think I am done with KFC for a long time.much better options around.

Staff at this location are super friendly and I noticed they help out the less fortunate which I thought was awesome.

Super soggy sandwich. I threw it out as soon as I had one bite. Its not KFC’s fault. This location and the one by scott road are super garbage. The owners are to blame and no one else.

I wish I could rate them in negative. Being vegetarian, ordered bean chalupa made them sure that I want veggie no meat. But they gave me beef instead. Highly unacceptable, as this happened 2nd time. Girl who was taking orders at drive- thru sounded like she is tired doesn't mean you will mess up the orders especially veg/non- veg.

Disgusting! After waiting 2 hours and them saying they called and left voice mail (lie!) buzzed our suite NOT! Thank you for ruining our dinner worst service ever! Now they say it will take 2 to 3 days to refund our credit card! So disappointing!

My husband loved the bacon cheddar Mike burger I had the same but I'm not really into burgers so I thought it was ok pretty messy the best was the waiter Wayne was our waiter and he was excellent fun personality if your more concerned about covid be cautious they had a table of four and across with that party a table of four they were interacting alot and I didn't think that was allowed they also left not wearing masks and standing in walkway. The guy was drunk and jumping from table to table. They also didn't have a glass partition between our table and the one behind as it was broken off.

They need to hire more people. They are always busy in taking orders of skip and drive through. Nobody to attend inside customers. Actually its not the workers fault. But they must need more workers.

The chicken is super greasy there is oil in the bottom of the bucket, this stuff looks like it came from the bottom of the tray, the popcorn chicken isn't cookd all the way through, the chicken strips are over cooked, $40.00, what a waste of money

Their grilled cheesy borito is a must try. Service is good but the crew tend to move slow even with a que on the line. Overall experience is okay.

Slowest drive thru. Worst customer service. Always check your food before you drive off with it. Always something is purposely missing. Waste of money. Kfc in Pakistan has a lot better service. Avoid at all costs. This was the last time you got my business.

Rude service.and then there was the food. It was all served cold and made with very little love. I had to return my pop 3 times due to it being flat everytime. I kept telling them that they needed to change their Co2 tank, but they just ignored me and continued to give me dirty looks.
