DTES Stuff And Surrey City Council Meeting Yesterday Cancelled.

The Mayor cancelled the city council meeting scheduled for yesterday after delaying for an hour good citizen turnout but the last one I attended had even more. Saw some White guy short hair holding a Nutrl can wearing a black shirt loudly you could hear him a block away confront 3 security ppl a overweight small White man and 2 Indos one female and say a bunch of stuff ending with him pointing at them and saying he was going to tell everyone what losers they were before storming off the Vancouver Public Library property. Couple hours later saw him arrested by 4 VPD officers in the DTES 78 E Pender St, Vancouver, BC at Sino United Publishing in both cases he didn't interact in both cases with any of the passersby. VPL has 7 empty retail nooks in their lobby and there is a lot less private sector ads in the buses and Skytrain cars than before the pandemic. At Surrey Center Mall washroom some White guy with red sneakers was putting his feet under the stall divide was banging around then lay down on the floor on his back around 7 PM.
I gave away $20 to 5 different ppl all were grateful esp. the long haired Caucasian dude on Main St. north of the Ivanhoe Hotel. 2 booths set up on different corners of Main and Terminal offering pot $50 an oz. and magic mushrooms first the one by A and W was staffed by a 20ish White guy with long hair the other by the public toilet across from the Via Rail building had a young White guy with a La Familia tat and a AK-47 one under his right eye big Aboriginal guy some chick and a few others around. No business licenses visible. Two hours later on returning to head home the two booths were gone but some Asian dude was filming some ppl near the Skytrain entrance while a young Asian Skytrain attendant scoped it out the ppl being filmed were getting vocal with their displeasure as I left. Found a bunch of old circa 2007 hockey cards lying on the ground there which I scooped up. The pot store on Main St. there was closed and that looks permenant various storefronts on the block have had their windows smashed never seen it like that before the VPL entrance had a boarded up glass door at the entrance. I remember when the Via Rail station had a problem with drug dealing in front of it in the park VPD shut all that in a blitz I remember the short lived Vancouver Cop Watch filming the police activity.
Checked out the new multi level park Downtown seems popular.
My health is horrible, at times I have my usual amount of energy then feel totally knackered and get a horrible taste in my mouth and a sore throat that lasts for awhile and then goes away. Having trouble eating even though the food tastes good and is delicious.
