Plaza Of Nations Casino Long Closed What Is Going On In There?

They had two resident artists barges at Plaza Of Nations for years now gone. The old casino there is to be redeveloped they have put wooden screens all over the inside windows so you can't see in but on the side where the 2 barges used to be there is a wooden panel with a lock on it but there is no latch to secure it blowers are going full tilt blasting hot air out 4 white tubes I wonder why? Two drug addicts showed up and made threats to me so is there some sort of illegal drug activity going on ? Legitimate uniformed security used to be there they are gone now.
