Title: SAP HCM US Payroll
Location: Hawaii, Honolulu
Duration: 9 Months
Responsibilities
• Configuration of payroll for US (gross to net), which includes Gross Pay, Benefits integration, garnishments, deductions, Finance Integration.
• Functional Specifications for user exits, reporting requirements, payroll Functions, payroll Operations.
• Must be able to communicate (articulate problem scenarios and solutions).
• Data - Assist with data conversions including reconciliation
• Testing - Perform unit testing of configuration and technical enhancements, Assist with test scripts and Support during user acceptance testing and parallel testing Qualifications
• Proven thorough knowledge and experience of payroll (US Specific) Aspects including garnishments, 3rd party remittance, Off Cycle payroll configuration, process models.
• Must to have knowledge on payroll Schema and rules (Qualifying criteria)
• Must have knowledge on BSI tax factory and all the tax calculation processes
• A must knowledge on the integration of Time management and Payroll
