Job description:
• Over 4 years of IT experience as a Sales Force Service cloud Developer.
• Experienced in administration, configuration, implementation and support of Salesforce Service Cloud CRM based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com Platform, SAAS (Software as a Service) application running in Cloud Computing Environment.
• Experienced in cloud technology and on-premise infrastructure integration for Salesforce.com.
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning in order to develop lightning components.
• Involved in Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application.
• Extensive experience in designing of custom objects, custom fields, Picklist, role based page layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions and Approval Workflow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, custom Tabs, custom reports, report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visual Force Pages, Snapshots, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
• Follow established Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Develop software as a REST API software components and associated functional and unit test code
• Prepare documentation covering design, code, errors, and recovery procedures
