lower than 1 magnetization at 0K for Tc calculation

Dear Vampire users,

I currently trying to calculation Curie temperature of my system using monte-carlo scheme within Vampire. However, I find that mean-magnetization-lenth at 0K is less than 1 (see below). Even though I could get reasonable results by normalizing this value to 1, I am just wondering as to why this value at 0K should be less than 1.
