I can not run the program in ubuntu. Please tell me the command to run the program. Already I have used ./vampire command. It is showing that no such directory found. I tried with vampire command and then it started simulation but I can´t understand which file it is taking. I am just beginner and very much interested to do this. Please help me.

If you use ./vampire then this will only work if the executable (vampire) is in the current directory. If you have used the binary distribution then vampire should be located in /opt/vampire/bin, and hopefully you can use vampire like any other command. The program requires two input files - input and Co.mat, as detailed in the manual. Initial versions of these files are available as part of the source code or to download from vampire.york.ac.uk. Hopefully this helps.
