Electrical Pulse simulation

Hi I'm trying to run this simulation but get the error message 

Error - value for 'sim:program' must be one of:

Do I need any extra files to run this program?

In order to use in your input file the line:

sim:program=electrical-pulse

I believe you need to install and use the develop [1] branch as it looks like it has additional files needed such as electrical_pulse.cpp in the src/program [2] directory.
