Hi,
If I have three materials defined in my material file. How do i plot magnetization of only material of my choice and save that in the output and also generate snapshots for that material only?

I believe it's the output:material-* keywords in the VAMPIRE manual that you want:
and also generate snapshots for that material only?
I'm not sure how the snapshots in the paper at [1] were generated. For that, you would likely have to try contacting one of the corresponding authors in that paper.
It could maybe be done with povray. There should be a presentation file by A. Meo at [2] that you might find helpful. Also, it looks like there is a "Visualisation VAMPIRE Workshop Day 1" that should be at [3].
