VAMPIRE developers week July 17-21st 2023

Hi everyone,

I am hoping to move VAMPIRE to more of a community project in the coming years and so I am organising a virtual developers week for anyone who would like to contribute source code, manual entires and tutorials for the next release of the code. At the moment most current and ex-Yorkers are contributors, but I wanted to open the invitation to the wider community in case anyone else would like to get involved. If so please just send me an email (richar...@york.ac.uk) and I can add you to the list. 

For general users we are also planning the next in-person VAMPIRE workshop in York 23rd-27th October 2023, so save the date! It is in-person only, but workshop resources will be freely available online after the event. There are a lot of new features in the code so there should be a quite a few changes compared to the previous one.
