Malformed output lines

Hello Users,
I wanted to ask if anyone has ever experience malformed lines in their output files like attached below . Does anyone know any probable cause why this might happen ?

Hi Peela,

No I haven’t seen this before, but may have been a random bug in the computer when the file was written. If you run the calculation again does it still happen? Does it do the same on a different computer?
