visualization using rasmol

i am running the bilayer FM/AFM provided in vampire website but i am not able visualization in rasmol even though i have created the crystal.xyz file.

Did you click on one of the Display options such as Ball & Stick?

Maybe the example where Molecular Surface was selected can be helpful, which you should find at [1].
