Hysteresis loop abrupt changes

Hi all,
Please look at the hysteresis curve of a CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB structure. 
The curve looks good except at two places where there are sudden jumps. 
what might be the reason for this? 
I am using loop time steps of 100000 and equilibration steps 200000 and time step of 1e-14.

Maybe looking at the 'snapshots' could provide you with some insight into why it is happening, if you haven't already looked at them.

See FIG. 2 in the article titled "Atomistic modeling of magnetization reversal modes in L10 FePt nanodots with magnetically soft edges" by J.-W. Liao, U. Atxitia, R. F. L. Evans, Roy. W. Chantrell, and C.-H. Lai [1], if you need an example of reversal process 'snapshots'.
