Getting vsconsole to run on WebSphere 8.x

I am seeing following error while starting up vsconsole on websphere 8.x environment.

I did notice that the UsePageTEI and UseHTMLPageTEI classes are available under sitemesh jar file which are already present under WEB-INF/lib - has anyone else run into this on websphere?
