Hello,

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the last days of Summer as
much as possible!

I would like to ask those of you who have indicated that you would
like to participate in a monthly group meeting via web conferencing
which days of the week would work better for you in Sept and any
particular date in Sept?

Looks like Tuesday's and Thursday's work best for me. As far as
particular date for September, I will say 11th or 18th.

Hi Everyone,

My 2-cents worth would be to have it the same day each month (the 2nd Tuesday or the 4th Thursday), etc. That way, we can all mark our calendars and schedule around our monthly call. Having said that, to me any days BUT Monday or Friday work.  Thanks.

Great idea Patti I think having on the same day each month will make
it easier to schedule.

Hi Everyone,
I agree with Patti and Monique. The 2nd Tuesday or the 4th Thursday
would be fine. Just my 2cents worth what times are you thinking about
having the meeting? I work out of the office in the evenings for one
of my clients is why I am asking.

I'm thinking we would schedule it on Sept 9th at 8 p.m. EST. I
believe we are all on EST with the exception of Monique who is CDT and
Liz who is MDT. We have the following participants on the conference
call. Please let me know if I've left anyone out:

I am going to propose we give Skype a try to see how it works. If we
are all are in agreement with the date and time and using Skype. I
will send out information on how to download and install and setup
Skype.
