Uniisue reserved/issued items

I had reserved and tried to issue an item but, it is not doing anything in the system. Kindly advise what needs to be done to unreserve or cancel the row.

Please help me in closing the Material Requisition# 11065 for the following items(partial delivery):

1825541, 1825554, 1825556, 1825557, 1825562, 1825564, 1825565, 1825521 & 1825569.

 

Also, do let me know the procedure to clear this type of problem.
