Hi all,

We extended the submission deadline for approaches (run uploads, docker
submissions, code submissions) by two (!) weeks. We are already checking
everything you submit and report errors back (you don't see whether a
submission on the test set was successful or not, so we have a look and
tell you). If you are unsure on anything, please ask.

If you also participate in the Monster track [1], I do not yet know when
we have to report results back to that track. The deadline extension
might not fully apply to you. Please tell me if participate there, then
I can keep you up-to-date whenever I receive news.

After May 20 we will again check all submissions and allow quick
re-submissions in case of submission errors (within 2 days). You can
expect to receive the scores for your submissions on May 22nd.

The paper submission deadline stays May 31st Anywhere on Earth (more
information on that in a separate mail). Everyone who submitted an
approach by May 20 is eligible for paper submission. You can find lots
of examples of submitted papers on our publication page [2]---though
these are final ones: you are not expected to have a full analysis of
your results in the version you submit on May 31st. Participants also
often add experiments for the final version. Having just one approach
for the May 31st version is quite usual.

Also note that you do not have (but are encouraged) to register and come
to CLEF to present the paper.

That is it for now.

Keep up the good work!
Johannes
