The Robopac Jolly Stretch Film Machine is designed for dynamic, rapidly growing companies that require maximum priority and flexibility stretch film wrapping operations with a limited investment. Jolly stretch film machines are now available featuring different film wrapping functions and film delivery system. Like all Robopac machines, the models of the Jolly line are built according to the highest quality and safety standards. Attention to the production processes and the use of high-performance materials place this stretch film machines at the top of the category.

The Robopac Jolly PPS is a machine which has advanced wrapping functions, a plate for use with transpallets and furthermore is equipped with a carriage with motorized fixed ratio pre-stretching. In particular, the machine is offered with 200% pre-stretching, but can also be ordered with 150% or 250% pre-stretching. In addition, three additional pre-stretching kits (150%, 200% and 250%) are available on the list. Another very important feature is that on the Jolly PPS it is possible to check the pull of the film which therefore becomes independent from the movement of the load to be wrapped. This control takes place using a mechanical dandy roll which can be adjusted manually. The Jolly PPS has, therefore a high level of control over the forces in play during the wrapping process with stretch film.

The new turntable base has front and rear forklift portability to facilitate operations and heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable turntable performance during rotation. The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load avoiding slippage during the wrapping cycle. Optional ramp available for use with floor jack.

The mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubular inner structure in order to ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain. An heavy duty drive chain moves the film carriage upward and downward for a constant and accurate control of the wrapping process. The anti-fall device in case of emergency assures the maximum safety.

The load always stops in the same position that was placed in before the wrapping. This greatly improves times and costs of the process. The operator doesn't have to maneuver with the forklift or move the ramp for the trans-pallet. The operator can place the load on the plate, wrap it and then pick it up in the same position where he left it. Plate's smooth start and stop steps are controlled by an inverter that provides consistently the same positioning of the load before and after the wrapping cycle. The gear and worm system makes it possible to keep the phase of the tuntable even while positioning the load on the plate.

Film carriage with mechanical brake on return roller: constant elongation of the film independently of the diameter of the roll. Brake engagement/release device facilitates hooking the film to the base of the pallet. Safety stop at film carriage bottom. Force to load controlled by spring loaded dancing roll. The Jolly PPS features the Quick Load System for easy and fast film loading. Auxiliary metal rolls ensure an higher contact surface between film and return roller.

Control Panel includes a top and bottom wrap selector: 0-10, photocell sensing delay for top overlap, reinforcing wraps button (by impulse given), turntable speed adjustment, carriage speed adjustment, table manual rotation jog and carriage up/down manual jog.

ROBOPAC ROTOPLAT 107 FRD stretch wrapping machine was built in 2010 in San Marino. This efficient and effective machine is used for wrapping and stabilising palletised loads with a maximum weight of 2 tonnes, using stretch film. Mounted on a special holder, the film is unwound according to pre-set parameters around the load positioned on a rotating table. Once the cycle is complete, the machine automatically stops in order to allow for manual film cutting. The ROBOPAC ROTOPLAT semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine consists of a robust and stable structure with a rotary table, a number of safety devices and a film carriage which unwinds and stretches the film. The total weight of the ROBOPAC pallet wrapping machine is 405 kg.

Infeed and outfeed units automatically adjust to ensure proper stabilization of the product. The length of the run can be adjusted manually, if needed, to compensate for products of varying height. Plus, the highly reliable, dual rod cut and clamp system fully automates the wrapping process.

The seven (7) inch color touch screen provides complete control of all processes with the touch of a finger. Accurate, easy to understand controls are displayed on every screen allowing for quick and simple operation. Store up to 20 unique, user-defined wrapping programs.
