The Quad with a 10 foot Tripod Roof Tower and a  U-100 Rotor to turn it. ALL for $150… A couple of cheap Top-Rail fence pipes and you have a beam and rotor! (In fact I have the pipes that I will give you)

Come see it and take it with you.

The TB6EM!

Tri-band Yagi

The was built like a battleship, and HEAVY, over 100 pounds! Everything that could possibly fail was reinforced, and then reinforced again! It's a heavy beast. You need to turn it with  a Tail Twister. The performance has to be heard to be believed! It never failed to pull out the WEAKEST DX that others nearby simply couldn't hear. You can't work 'em if you can't hear 'em, and the Telrex certainly can hear them! And, it will do so, year after year after year! Man, I wish that company was still in business! There is simply NOTHING out there today to compete! NOTHING!

All documents come with it… $100.  Probably the aluminum alone is worth that much!

I can vouch for the claims made below about the Telrex TB6EM.  That's what I have had up here at 103' for the past 15 or 20 years.  Those of you who helped me get it to the top of the tower remember just what a monster it is.  It's heavy but built to last.  Mine has worked completely trouble free for all that time and I have no reason to think it won't continue.  Telrex made antennas for the military and it shows in the design of the TB6EM.  The traps in these antennas were not just mass produced and stuck together like the antennas you get today.  Each trap was individually built and tuned to match the entire system.  That also means however that you can't just go get any trap and stick it on this beam and expect it to work up to par.

Someone needs to rescue this beam and put it back to work.  It's a steal at twice the price.  Just wish I were younger and could stack two of them on my tower some way.
