Forest Service Restrictions and Fishing and over 65...

Been following the Forest Service Restrictions discussion.   Correct me if I am wrong, but according to Virginia fishing regulations over 65 residents do need a freshwater license.  Not expensive and can probably get a lifetime license for not much  (I did).   65+ residents don’t need a salt water license but need to follow the saltwater regulations.  There are enough fisherman out there who are hams that the right info needs to be out there.  The fishing regulations are available online at the following url:
