Greetings,
You are receiving this invite because you participated in our last get
together or expressed interest in our next. Saturday at 1PM we will
assemble and play with FreeDV. I am attaching information on setting up
FreeDV that I previously sent to some of you. If you want to play,
please download and get FreeDV installed, configured and test your audio
setup as described in the attachment. Of course if you just want to
observe and follow along, you are equally welcome to join us Saturday
afternoon.
We can start assembling at 1PM using the following zoom link:

I have included the connections to use with your cell phone if needed.
On further thought about how we were going to go about this session, I
realized that for some, it will not be possible to use your audio set up
simultaneously for both FreeDV and Zoom. If you are in that category,
using your cell phone to link via zoom is a possibility. We will also
plan on using the AARC linked-repeater system, so 146.760, 146.895 or
146.925 are all available for use, depending on which you are better
situated to use.
Once we meet on Saturday and get an idea of who is set up and ready to
play, we can pair up, move slightly off the 7.177 FreeDV frequency and
have some fun. I look forward to seeing you Saturday afternoon.
Finally, if you know someone who might be interested and they are not in
the recipient list, please forward this email.
