Phone Plug

Hi all, 

I am in need of a 1/4" male phone plug to repair a guitar cable for Paul K4RY. The plug on the cable has a bad connection to the shield and I CAN'T GET it apart. It seems to be GLUED!

With no RadioShack to go to, I'm asking if you might have one in your junk box that I could use.
