Release notes:

New:

    - FT2 mode: FT2 mode is now recognised (limited) for supported applications,
        WSJTX-Improved and MSHV. Note: Like Q65, FST4 & MSK144, FT2 support is
        limited to B4 checks and logging. There is no alerting for FT2 DXCCs,
        States, Grids, Prefixes, etc. Logging is of mode MFSK submode FT2.
        FT2 is now available in the Activity window band/mode statistics.

    - Window Mover app: Allows for recovery of off-screen JTAlert windows including
        those that may not have a Windows taskbar entry. Non-JTAlert windows can
        also be moved. Simply select the window name and the display target, if more
        than one monitor available, and click the "Move and Show Window" button.
        It is available as a shortcut in the "HamApps JTAlertV2" Windows start menu
        group, via the main JTAlert window "Help -> Recover off-screen windows" menu
        and the "Tools -> Window Mover" menu.

    - Installer UI: Will be light/dark themed following the detected OS setting.

    - Light / Dark theme: Light/Dark/System theme changes set via the View menu.
        System will obey the OS setting while Light and Dark are OS independent.
        Note: The main JTAlert window is not themeable and is always Light.

    - Tools menu: New top-level "Tools" menu. The Callsigns Overrides manager
        has been moved there along with the Window Mover.

Changes:

    - Installer: Updated installer to latest version (Inno 6.7.0)

    - Callsigns window: The automated window layout changes by band range
        has been replaced with change by individual selected bands. Up to
        three layouts can be used with a fourth, the default, for all bands
        not set for one of the other layouts. See the "Window Layout"
        section of the window options.

    - Adif Importer: Speed increase with reduced memory consumption.
        A 500K (half million) QSO file is imported in under 6 secs giving
        a processing throughput of ~85,000 records per second.

    - SpotCollector: Alerts only spotting option to not post CQ alert spots

Fixes:

    - KG4 calls: Inactive in the callsign database being flagged as Gitmo.

    - Wanted Callsign: Slashed wildcard like W1AW/* not working.

    - Callsign window automated layout changes: Randomly not setting the
        window size and position as previously saved.
