antenna assistance direly needed

Good morning, folks ... 

As many of you are aware, I finally have an outdoor antenna installed, thanks to James kq4fzz. However, it still needs some tweaking:

• a wire support from the tree to the house, and POSSIBLY from the pole to the tree - advice invited (I have the stuff, just need someone to install it)
• a piece of rubber hose around the coax at the gutter (I have an old garden hose available)
• an actual pass through vs the "tape" type I got on Amazon (that snapped in two when I closed the window)
• serious grounding - but that may have to wait until the Spring Thaw. No, I don't have the "stuff" to do this - don't even know exactly what I might need. Serious advice and assistance required.

I am physically unable to do any of this myself and would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer.
