SKYWARN NET Tonight/ Nelson County SKYWARN class

Hello all:

We will be holding our monthly SKYWARN net at 9pm on our linked repeaters:

146.820-, 444.550+ (both pl136. Located at Wintergreen) and 145.470-pl151.4 (Flat top)

John, KK4JP will be running the net and we will have Netlogger open under Waynesboro-Charlottesville SKYWARN.

We have a basics class scheduled in Nelson County 6-8pm on October 16^th at the Lovingston Fire Department. This is a pre-requisite for all other classes given by the NWS and will result in you getting a spotter number from the NWS in Sterling if you live in their CWA (County Watch Area) see links below for a map.
