As predicted, condx were mixed:

10M – Very noisy throughout; not much activity.

15M – Slow to get started, deep QSB; many repeats requested.

20M – Finally got hot later in the evening.

40M – Not the 40M we know and love.

80M – Great opening to the West Coast starting around 11:00 P, local.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Elecraft K4D running 85 – 90 Watts

Single Op, All Band, Unassisted

 

TIME ON: 10 hours in 2 shifts: 1-5 PM (no breaks); 5:45-11:45 PM ( no breaks)
