NOTICE TO ALL USERS OF N1MM for the VA QSO Party!

The Bonus Stations are listed in the pre-Party briefing, but

not in the rules. If you change the Bonus Stations in N1MM

when you first start N1MM, then close N1MM, when you start

it up again, IT WILL NOT HAVE REMEMBERED THE CHANGES

YOU MADE! The club running the party apparently did not let

N1MM developers know about the Bonus Stations changes for this year,

so the software wasn't changed to accept and remember the

new Bonus Stations.

So, as i see it, you have 2 choices:

1. Make the changes in the program now, but don't close N1MM

and don't turn off your computer until the VA QSO Party is over!

2. Make the changes on Saturday morning just before the party

starts, then don't close the program and don't turn off your

computer until Sunday night, at the end of the party! But don't

turn it off until you have scored the program and printed out the

log or saved it somewhere else than in the program.

The bonus stations are not currently stored.

I do not remember being notified of this rules change. I will submit it for the next release.

I have a problem keeping manually entered BONUS station callsigns to remain after the program is quit and later restarted.

Specifically, I am setting up the the VA QSO party and the BONUS stations are from last year. I then enter the new values, close the window and if I later type BONUS in the callsign window, my changes are still there. That shows it accepted my changes.

However, if I quit the program and later restart it, typing BONUS in the callsign window again returns the BONUS callsigns from last years event. I can't find any file that holds that information that I could edit with the 2026 callsigns..

I did try making a .udc file but N1MM would not recognize it.

Any thoughts?
