Not to add to everyone's plate, but it seems as though Hilltown Families has gone rogue. This is the third time I've heard one of their shows this week in blocks where they aren't supposed to be; obviously Station Playlist is pulling their shows into general automation for some reason. I'm currently listening to Christmas music in March on Valley Free Radio. Incidents like this are why I've advocated for greater curatorial focus on our open slots.

It looks like some shows were made into spot groups (these are what's psas and show promos would go under ). I will fix it this wknd.
Looking at that hour there are also a lot of tracks that are crossed out.
These two things mean someone was both in Creator and the audio files on the PC changing, renaming, moving, or deleting them. This simply cannot be done. When that happens files don't play, hour length shows get played when a station id should play, and you hear Christmas music on Pi day.
If this email doesn't make 100% sense then please don't change any files on that computer. Don't add, delete, make new folders, or do anything on the automation computer. If you want music added put in in a folder and put it on the desk top and I'll add when I see it there. It won't play that same week anyway automatically regardless.
I'll change the set up around so more local music gets played. If you know what type that would help immensely for the flow.
Thanks,
Doug
PS please don't change anything on that PC and Johanna I'll add 4days of Pakman at the same time
