Hello Café friends,
Just a quick reminder: today, we feature Dr. Jai Ranganathan, who got his Ph.D. from Stanford University studying ecology with Prof. Paul Ehrlich's group, and has since gone into science writing and communication. He writes and podcasts for Miller-McCune (see 
http://www.miller-mccune.com/category/curiouser/), and is based in Santa Barbara at the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis (NCEAS). Here then are the details of the event:

Time:		7:00-8:30 PM, Dinner will be available from 6:30PM onwards, as usual.
Note once again that the Café presentation is free to the public; purchasing food and beverages is not required, but encouraged to support this local restaurant which has been so supportive of us.
