About Pastor Ted:
Ted Moyer was awakened to an entrepreneurial call in the 1980s, resulting in the launch of various businesses and ministries. He established a successful growing business in Pennsylvania, but was then led by God to sell it to move to Wisconsin to manage a home for unwed mothers. In 1992, Ted, Joyce and their 3 children began a home bible study. Over the next 7 years, a 175 member church emerged in West Bend, WI. Ted was personally trained and ordained under Rick Joyner of Morningstar Ministries, NC, and joined MorningStar Fellowship of Churches.
In 2000, the Lord led Ted and his family to move back to PA to plant their 2nd church. Once again, Ted launched a successful business and started several others in their own similar businesses applying a Kingdom model, all the while leading and pastoring a thriving church. http://rockthecafe.com/ In 2008, Ted became acutely aware of his mandate to merge marketplace and ministry. In 2009, he sold his last business and received formal training under Dr. Lance Wallnau and Dennis McIntee, and is now pursuing certification in investments and benefits. Ted has been married almost 30 years to Joyce. They have 3 wonderful children, Mark 28, Nicole 25 (married to Jeffrey Wooler), and Rachel 22.
How Pastors Lawrence & Jaye Jaye Chovanec meet the Moyers:
In the mid-1990s the Chovanecs drove an hour from their Eastside Milwaukee home to attend weekly services & weekly “School of the Spirit” at the Moyers’ MorningStar affiliated Victory Christian Fellowship in West Bend, WI, where they received ongoing equipping in the prophetic & healing ministries. Ted immediately recognized and utilized Lawrence’s preaching gift, which lit the fire in the hearts of the Chovanecs to continue on in their home-based ministry,helping to lead to the eventual founding of Spoken Word Fellowship Church, Mequon, WI. www.spokenwordfellowship.org
