VIDAM stands for Valley Improvisational Dance And Music. Our aim is to create an open space where improvisational movement and music come together. Each VIDAM event invites at least one veteran improvisational musician to feed the space with inspiration for movement, for expression, for surprise and delight.

***This event is open to all who would like a focused creative space to move in collaboration with others and with improvised sound.

A collection of incredibly talented dancers from around the United States and World are gathering to co-create a festival called CI Ground Research.

 

The festival will include a wonderful collection of classes, labs, structures, and lectures that have been born from the collaborative research efforts of all the participating teachers of the festival. In order to insure that Earthdance can continue with this kind of exciting and experimental programming, we need our community of dancers to support it.

You may come for the whole event or for one day.

 

We have coupled CIGR with The July 4^th Jam, which immediately follows (June 28 – July 3, with option to stay July 4^th.)

 

Participants in CI Ground Research will receive $50 off the full July 4^th Jam

CI Ground Research is a sliding scale starting at $250
