Chill out and warm-up before the music get turned up. Ease into the evening with elixirs and tea, socialize, stretch, hula
hoop, or whatever else you want to do!
8:45pm-9:30p.m. = Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Derek 'Pashupa' Goodwin will be leading an optional stretching and warm-up session for your body, mind & spirit. No yoga experience necessary, but having a human incarnation and a sense of play will be helpful. Bring a yoga mat if you would like to use one, and don't forget your dance pants.
9:30 - 11:00pm..... Nur - Sufi Dub Tech
