thought it was useful information:
"I found a good (and inexpensive) handyman to do this type of work -
his name is Alfredo Segura and his cell phone number is (703)
587-1765. He also does plumbing work. By the way, my fence was
significantly rebuilt in 2002 and some of the wood used was obviously
defective or not treated properly. That contractor, Adam and Eve, did
a fairly poor job in my opinion and is no longer reachable at the
number listed on the Valleigh HOA list of recommended home improvement
vendors."
